CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
RADIANT BARRE...
The ultimate long and lean total-body strengthening, calorie burning workout. Incorporates most of the same methods that many professional dancers use when they train. Expect to combine elements of pilates, yoga, and ballet, drizzled with some light cardio benefits for an excellent total body strength and conditioning workout. After a strength and conditioning core warm up, you'll strengthen the upper and lower body with light to moderate handweights. We use the barre for intense lower bodywork as well as core conditioning work. We end on the floor to complete with matwork and a final cool down/stretch segment.
RADIANT STRENGTH or RADIANT STRENGTH EXTREME BOOTCAMP- Conditioning moves that flow from your core through all planes of movement using weights and your own body weight. On loaded cardio (with light weights) is done rhythmically paying close attention to alignment and anatomical movement as well as balance. Off loaded (bodyweight) cardio is traditional choreographed, jacks, jumps, push ups, punches, kicks, twists, lunges.….. The exercises are more demanding working the upper and lower body muscles together giving a complete workout and even an abdominal workout without the crunches. Fast pace allows for a great cardio workout and super fast fat loss.
This class format flows from choreographed, off-weighted cardio to on-weighted cardio in intervals. Consequently, cardio out put is increased in the on weighted sections making the transition to off weighted cardio a relief……or recovery. LOL
Excellent for the beginner, intermediate and advanced fitness enthusiast as well as the post-rehabber. The movements are simple and direct and there are always options and alternatives available if you have limitations.
SPINNING/MADD DOG OR SCHWINN/CYCLE- Indoor cycling phenomenon will take you through different hill climbs, speed drills and various other drills on the bike for a major cardio workout. Remember, everyone can do this class!!!! Best of all ...enjoy the music!!!

YOGA- Hatha Yoga or Yoga of Postures Hatha Yoga is perhaps the path of Yoga you are most familiar with since this is the most popular branch of Yoga in the West. This branch of Yoga uses physical poses or Asana, Breathing Techniques or Pranayama, and Meditation to achieve better health, as well as spirituality. There are many styles within this path - Iyengar, Integral, Astanga, Kripalu, and Jiva Mukti to name a few.
