How do the Groups Work?

Semi-private training groups are designed to provide both mental and physical exercises with Diane’s guidance. Sessions begins with an informational meeting where an inactive assessment takes places and measurements, weight, body fat, BMI, resting heart rate and blood pressure are recorded. Clients are also asked to fill out a health history form to help assess present health concerns and genetic propensity for disease. Prior to the first meeting, members are provided with a guideline to figuring out and writing their fitness goals and dreams. All the information gathered in the first visit of our sessions is used to design your individual goals and fitness plans.  If you follow the plans you will reach your goals. The sessions following include weekly sessions that begin with a share-out from Diane and members who wish to speak, a short inspirational reading, and a workout, INTENSATI, PILATES, strength training and yoga/meditation.  The special part of working as a group is that the group begins to develop a bond and supports each other throughout the training and even after the training ends. In all of the sharing we are constantly reminded that we are responsible for our fitness dreams and goals. If we pay attention to what we really want then consequently our thinking will begin to change and you find the people around you pay attention to what you want as well. In this group we find a place to help change our bodies, our minds and our lives.



 

Groups

1. LEVEL ONE– 

START changing your BODY!
Initial workshop to explain the next 11 weeks of training, active and inactive physical assessment, health history, use of heart rate monitors, self empowerment exercise, and a written a FITSTYLE vision. In the next week you will be asked to write out you goals. You will then receive a plan to optimize your dream and solidify your goals.  Study Intensati series 1-6, you will need a notebook, a set of weights 4 or 5 lbs, a physioball and a mat!!!!!!



2. LEVEL TWO -

START changing your MIND!

In the level two sessions we dig a little deeper. Every person who was physically capable of going to level two proceeded joyfully. WHY? BECAUSE IT WORKS!!!

We fortify the work we have already done physically and add self assignments to enhance the mind. Study Intensati series 7-12.
